Reviewers uphold scholarly integrity by offering constructive, unbiased, and timely feedback. Reports should help authors improve clarity, methodology, and contribution.
Review Form Criteria
- Originality and contribution to knowledge
- Theoretical grounding and literature integration
- Research design and methodological rigour
- Validity of results and interpretation
- Clarity and coherence of argument
- Relevance to the aims and scope of JGSBS
- Overall recommendation (Accept / Minor Rev / Major Rev / Reject)
Ethics for Reviewers
- Maintain confidentiality; do not share or cite manuscript content.
- Declare conflicts of interest.
- Do not use ideas or data from manuscripts before publication.
- Avoid bias based on gender, nationality, or institutional affiliation.
Recognition
Reviewers receive acknowledgment certificates annually and optional ORCID/Publons credit.
