JGSBS follows COPE Core Practices covering:
- Authorship and contributorship
- Peer-review integrity
- Handling of complaints and appeals
- Data fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism
- Retractions and corrections
Any suspected misconduct will be investigated according to COPE flowcharts.
Open Access Policy
All content is freely available online without charge to readers or institutions.
Articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, allowing users to share and adapt material with attribution.

- Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) issued via Crossref
- Metadata exposure through OAI-PMH for harvesting
- Preservation: PKP PN / LOCKSS / Portico
- Planned indexing: DOAJ, Google Scholar (after Issue 1); EBSCO, ProQuest, Dimensions (after Issue 2); Web of Science (ESCI) and Scopus (after Year 2)
